— PAYMENT / GUARANTEE METHOD
Should it be necessary to cancel or amend your reservation, please contact our Hotel Reservations team on (+32) 50 733 837. Please note that changes may result in a rate change and/or may also attract a cancellation fee.
—CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT
Check-in is available as from 3:00PM. Early check-in cannot be guaranteed and is subject to availability. Check-out time is 11:00AM. Late check-out can be arranged, subject to availability and may be subject to additional charges. Guests must be at least 18 years of age to check-in and register for a room.
— ACCEPTED METHOD OF PAYMENT
All bookings are subject to a pre-authorization of a valid credit card. Please note that a valid photo ID and the corresponding credit card will be required at check-in. At the check-out the total bill of your stay including restaurant and/or bar spendings will be presented and has to be paid at the reception with one of the following accepted methods of payment: Cash - Credit card (Visa / Mastercard/ American Express/ Vpay / Bancontact / Maestro)
— CITY TAX
From January 1st, 2024 all guest staying at the Enso District Hotel will have to pay a city tax of 1,50 euro (incl VAT) per person per night.
This tax is not included in the room rate and will be charged at check-out. Baby’s sleeping in a baby bed do not have to pay city tax.
— CANCELLATION POLICY
For reservations made directly to the hotel (website/e-mail/phone) following policy applies:
*Cancellation before arrival date at 00:00 minus 7 days : free of charge.
*Cancellation between arrival date at 00:00 minus 7 days and minus 3 days (72 hours) : a charge of 75% of the total stay through the pre-authorized credit card
* Any no-shows or cancellations before the date of arrival at 00:00 minus 3 days (72 hours) will be charged 100% of the total stay through the pre-authorized credit card.
(Days before arrival = Date of arrival 00:00 minus the amount of days / for example 7 days prior to arrival date 01/05/2023 (00:00) = 24/04/2023 (00:00))
Reservation made through booking channels (Booking.com)
* Cancellation 7 days prior to the date of arrival: free of charge.
* Any no-shows or cancellations after the date of arrival at 00:00 minus 7 days will be charged 100% of the total stay through the pre-authorized credit card.
— SMOKE-FREE POLICY
ENSO DISTRICT HOTEL has a strict non-smoking policy throught the entire accomodation. Smoking is only allowed on the terraces of certain rooms and the parking outside. There will be a fine of 250,00 euro for everyone who violates these rules.
— BREAKFAST CHARGE
All our room rates do not include a breakfast charge as our restaurant works with an 'à la carte' menu that offers you a choice of individually priced dishes. Guests are required to make a breakfast reservation at the restaurant. If you wish to make a reservation on our terrace instead, please inform our reception at least 24 hours before your day of arrival in order for us to accommodate this request.
— GROUP RESERVATIONS
For reservations for groups of 10 adults or more, please email the hotel at reservations@ensodistricthotel.be.
— SPECIAL REQUESTS
We will strive to honor any request for specific room types or bed types. Until specific confirmation is issued your request cannot be guaranteed by our hotel.
— PETS
If you plan to travel with your pet, we recommend that you contact the hotel directly to confirm that the pet is welcome as only small pets up to 5KG are allowed. Also note that a onetime charge of €25,00 will be added to your bill.
— BABYBEDS
All room types have the possibility to accommodate baby beds, please inform our hotel of any other specific requests in order for us to allocate the correct room to your booking. A charge of €20,00 per night per babybed will be added to your bill.
— FAMILY ROOMS - BUNK BEDS
Roomtypes Family Room & The Loft have bunkbeds set-up as standard occupancy, the maximum age for the bunkbeds is 12 years old. The hotel holds its right to cancel the reservation free-of-charge or deny access to the room if the age-limit is not respected.
— EXTRA OCCUPANCY
An extra charge of €40,00 per night per adult will be added to the bill in case the hotel has detected a different occupancy of the room than the original booking or the maximum occupancy (each room type has a maximum occupancy in adults & children max 12years)
— GUEST OBLIGATIONS
You agree to the terms and conditions of purchase of “ENSO DISTRICT HOTEL”. You also agree that you are fully responsible for payment of all charges, taxes, and other amounts arising out of your reservation when due.
— BEHAVIOUR
When making a reservation, acceptance of responsibility for any damage or loss caused by you or any member of your party is automatically implied. Full payment for any such damage or loss must be paid directly to the hotel before departure. Noncompliance may result in legal action and legal cost. “ENSO DISTRICT HOTEL” reserves the right to terminate your stay or that of any member of your party due to misconduct at any given time. No refunds will be given. The hotel owner has right of access to all rooms at all times within reason.
— DISABILITIES AND MEDICAL PROBLEMS
If you or any member of your party has any medical problem or disability which may affect your stay, please tell us at the time of making your reservation so that we can advise as to the suitability of the chosen room. The hotel is 100% wheelchair accessible and has accessible rooms, please contact our frontdesk for more information.
— PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION
Our reservation privacy policy will apply to your reservation and is a full part of these Reservation Terms and Conditions.
This Reservation Privacy Policy provides you with information about the personal data collected by “ENSO DISTRICT HOTEL”, why we need to collect it, how it will be used, who it will be shared with and your rights in relation to it.
The personal data “ENSO DISTRICT HOTEL” collects:
In order to complete your reservation and arrange its fulfilment “ENSO DISTRICT HOTEL” needs to collect the following personal data as part of the reservation process:

——— your preferred contact telephone number;
——— your email address;
——— your country of residence
——— details of your payment card including the card number, cardholder name, expiry date.
You may also, if you wish, provide “ENSO DISTRICT HOTEL” with:
——— your postal address (home or business);
The personal data you provide “ENSO DISTRICT HOTEL” with in the course of the reservation process will be referred to in this Reservation Privacy Policy as the Reservation Data.
How “ENSO DISTRICT HOTEL” uses the Reservation Data:
——— ENSO will be the data controller of the Reservation Data.
——— It is necessary for ENSO to process the Reservation Data so that the contract for your hotel reservation can be produced
——— ENSO will only share the Reservation Data with its appointed data processor.
——— ENSO will only store the Reservation Data for as long as is necessary to fulfil your reservation. The Reservation Data will be destroyed, anonymised and/or deleted once your reservation has been fulfilled and all payment and administrative matters have been completed.
— YOUR RIGHTS
You have the following rights in relation to the Reservation Data:

——— to request that the Reservation Data be amended or deleted although that may mean your reservation cannot be fulfilled
